Our Principal Partner Mrs. Christine Koo has been appointed to be a member of the Insurance Authority’s Disciplinary Panel Pool for a term of 3 years from 1^st October 2023 to 30^th September 2026.

The Disciplinary Pool is made up of the board of directors of the Insurance Authority and qualified and experienced professionals from outside the Insurance Authority in legal, financial services and other sectors. 

As a member of the Disciplinary Pool, Mrs. Koo is expected to decide disciplinary cases on behalf of the Insurance Authority from time to time.  As a result of this appointment, she will play a part in a core piece of the Insurance Authority’s disciplinary architecture regarding which the Insurance Authority is committed to ensure that the process will be fair, efficient and robust and that the disciplinary actions taken will underpin the requirements in the insurance regulatory framework.
